Speed and accuracy
The room after the try-out is where good decisions get lost.
Scattered clipboards, half-remembered impressions, a few texts. The staff argue from memory, hours or days later. The player who got talked about the most wins — usually the one watched by the most talkative coach. The quiet kid only one coach saw gets cut by default, because nobody in the room can speak for them. And putting anything presentable in front of a board or a parent takes days of typing up notes, if it happens at all.

Every judgment is a coach's. The software collates, attributes, and compares. It never scores a player, never picks the team, and never recommends a cut.
Three things it will never do
You are evaluating children. The software should know its place.
Plenty of tools will offer to tell you who to keep. We think that is exactly the wrong thing to automate — and that a coach who cannot say why a kid was cut has been failed by his tools, not helped by them. So we drew three lines, and we do not cross them.
It never tells you who to cut.
No score it invented, no ranking it decided, no recommendation. It has no opinion about a fourteen-year-old, and it is built so that it cannot form one. Coaches grade; the board sorts on their grades. The selection is the staff's, and it stays the staff's — which is also the only version you can defend in a room with a parent in it.
It never makes anything up.
Every line in every report traces back to something a coach actually said. When the evidence on a player is thin, the report says so — it does not fill the silence with plausible sentences. A report that quietly invents a paragraph about a child is worse than no report at all, because you would believe it.
Nothing leaves your coaching staff.
No parent portal. No player logins. No share links. No automatic emails to families. What your coaches say stays between your coaches, exactly as it does now on the clipboards — the difference is that it lands on the right player and doesn't get lost on the walk to the car.
These are not a promise we make on a website and forget. Every report the product generates carries the same line at the bottom of the page: “Generated from the coaches' own voice notes · No content invented — every line traces to a recorded observation · Not a selection recommendation.”
Pricing
You pay for the athletes you keep. Never for the ones you look at.
Every tier — including the one-time Tryout Pass — includes a try-out window of up to 100 evaluated athletes. Bring all 90 kids who showed up, evaluate every one of them, and pay only for the ones who make the roster.
Athlete seats are counted per plan year. A seat is held by each athlete you keep, for the year you keep them in — so if you take someone off the roster mid-season, that seat stays spent until your year renews. It means the number on each card is the number of athletes you can carry in a year, and it means we never have to wonder whether a roster is real. Every seat comes back at renewal.
Coaches are unlimited on every tier, always. Bring every assistant, every scout, every volunteer: more coaches watching means a better-evidenced decision, and we will never price in a reason to leave an evaluator out.
Try-outs are seasonal, so we sell a season — not a subscription you have to remember to cancel. There is no monthly plan.
